Construction AIM Inc. is a general contractor based in Anjou, in Montreal's East End. We carry out residential, commercial and institutional work: foundations and structure, waterproofing, building envelope, roofing, interior systems, restoration and turnkey projects.

We work for owners of houses and plexes, property managers and condo syndicates, commercial and institutional buildings, heritage buildings, and as a subcontractor for other general contractors. Many of our mandates start with a structural engineer's report: our role is to turn its recommendations into work done right.
Our mission: To deliver lasting work, on time and on budget, by taking charge of your job from start to finish. In practice, that means an on-site assessment, a quote that states what is included and excluded, a contact person who keeps you informed and no change without your written approval.

Construction AIM is a general contractor, not an engineering firm. When signed and sealed plans are required, we work with the client's engineer, a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), and we carry out the work according to the engineer's recommendations.
Our prices are based on the current wage rates of the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), set by the collective agreements for the sector concerned (residential, institutional and commercial, industrial), plus the materials and equipment specific to each job. Every quote is free, detailed and prepared after a site visit.
Construction AIM is the business name of 9467-1047 Québec Inc., registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec under Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) 1177652790. The RBQ register of licence holders shows the same NEQ with our licence 5820-0015-01.
Yes. As required by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, our licence is backed by a $40,000 security bond provided by Travelers Canada. As of October 2026, the RBQ register shows no claims on our file.
